Which app this applies to

Not every feature below is present in every app. This policy covers all ArivoliAI apps together; a given section only applies where the app actually offers that feature.

• ArivoliAI NEET Lab: a free, offline app. It does not require an account or a sign-in, does not process payments, and its study content works without an internet connection. It shows ads (see “Advertising and consent”), which require a network connection to load, and may use app-integrity checks. Account, cloud-storage, AI, and subscription sections below do not apply to this app.
• ArivoliAI Group 4 and ArivoliAI OET: may use accounts, cloud storage, AI-assisted learning, subscriptions, and ads as described in the relevant sections below.

Information we process

• Account and profile: Firebase Authentication may process your mobile number and one-time password. Firebase services may store your name, gender, study medium, district, account identifier, and access level so your account can be secured and restored.
• Study activity: learning preferences, progress, quiz or mock-test activity, and app settings may be stored locally or associated with your account.
• Website enquiries: when you contact us or request early access, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond.

AI-assisted learning

When you use an AI learning or doubt-solving feature, your question and relevant study context are sent through authenticated cloud services to the AI provider to generate an answer. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive personal information in an AI question.

Payments and subscriptions

• Google Play handles payment methods and purchase confirmation. ArivoliAI does not receive or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials.
• RevenueCat and Firebase may process your app account identifier, product, purchase, and subscription status so paid access can be activated and restored.

Advertising and consent

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may show ads to eligible free users of the ArivoliAI apps (ArivoliAI NEET Lab, ArivoliAI Group 4, and ArivoliAI OET) and may process device, advertising, diagnostic, and interaction information according to your consent choices, device settings, and Google's policies. Premium and active-trial users do not see these ads.

Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent and provide privacy choices. Available ad privacy choices can be revisited from the app's Privacy & Terms screen.

Security and app integrity

Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity may process app and device-integrity signals to help protect accounts, services, and content from fraud, automation, and other abuse. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

• Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
• Local app data can be cleared using Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play.
• You may request account or privacy assistance using Send Feedback in the app or by contacting us below. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

Children

Our exam-preparation products are not directed to children under 13. School-learning products should be used with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or educational institution where appropriate. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.
