Which app this applies to

Not every feature below is present in every app. This policy covers all ArivoliAI apps together; a given section only applies where the app actually offers that feature.

• ArivoliAI NEET Lab: a free, offline app. It does not require an account or a sign-in, does not process payments, and its study content works without an internet connection. It shows ads (see “Advertising and consent”), which require a network connection to load, and may use app-integrity checks. Account, cloud-storage, AI, and subscription sections below do not apply to this app.
• ArivoliAI Group 4: may use accounts, cloud storage, AI-assisted learning, subscriptions, and ads as described in the relevant sections below.
• ArivoliAI OET (Arivoli OET): an exam-practice app with phone or Google sign-in, AI questions, writing feedback, speaking and voice role-plays, local study progress, and paid access. The current OET app does not show ads.

OET sign-in, practice and voice

• For phone sign-in, MSG91 processes your phone number to send and verify a one-time password; Firebase establishes your account. For Google sign-in, Google and Firebase process your account identity, including your name and email address.
• Your profile and language preference are cached on your device. Account and access information is also stored in our cloud services. Practice progress, scores, streaks and vocabulary selections are stored locally and may be included in Android backup or device transfer, depending on your settings.
• When you submit questions, writing, speaking transcripts or voice role-plays, the submitted content and relevant conversation context are sent to Arivoli's servers and Google's Gemini service to generate responses and feedback.
• Voice features record audio after you grant microphone permission. Submitted recordings are processed online. Device speech recognition and speech playback may also use your chosen provider's services. You can decline microphone permission and use features that do not require it.
• Use fictional cases only. Do not submit patient names, contact details, medical records or other confidential or identifying information.
• The app reads network or SIM country on your device to select the login experience. This does not request GPS location. Firebase and our backend also process app version, security signals, service usage and diagnostics to operate the service and enforce usage limits.

OET's service providers include Google/Firebase for authentication, hosting, security and AI processing; MSG91 for phone verification; and Google Play and RevenueCat for purchases. Their processing is also subject to their own privacy terms. Data may be processed outside your country.

Information we process

• Account and profile: Firebase Authentication may process your mobile number and one-time password. Firebase services may store your name, gender, study medium, district, account identifier, and access level so your account can be secured and restored.
• Study activity: learning preferences, progress, quiz or mock-test activity, and app settings may be stored locally or associated with your account.
• Website enquiries: when you contact us or request early access, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond.

AI-assisted learning

When you use an AI learning or doubt-solving feature, your question and relevant study context are sent through authenticated cloud services to the AI provider to generate an answer. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive personal information in an AI question.

Payments and subscriptions

• Google Play handles payment methods and purchase confirmation. ArivoliAI does not receive or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials.
• RevenueCat and Firebase may process your app account identifier, product, purchase, and subscription status so paid access can be activated and restored.

Advertising and consent

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may show ads to eligible free users of the ArivoliAI NEET Lab and ArivoliAI Group 4 apps and may process device, advertising, diagnostic, and interaction information according to your consent choices, device settings, and Google's policies. Premium and active-trial users do not see these ads.

Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent and provide privacy choices. Available ad privacy choices can be revisited from the app's Privacy & Terms screen.

Security and app integrity

Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity may process app and device-integrity signals to help protect accounts, services, and content from fraud, automation, and other abuse. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

• Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
• Local app data can be cleared using Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data from our account deletion page, without installing or signing in to the app. You may also contact support for access, correction or privacy assistance. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

Children

Our exam-preparation products are not directed to children under 13. School-learning products should be used with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or educational institution where appropriate. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required.
