Delete your account

This applies to the ArivoliAI apps that use an account — ArivoliAI Group 4 and ArivoliAI OET. You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. ArivoliAI NEET Lab is a free, offline app that does not require an account, so there is no account or cloud data to delete for it.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@arivoliai.com with the subject Delete my Arivoli account.
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your account, or include the mobile number used for sign-in so we can verify ownership.
  3. Do not include your one-time password, payment credentials, or any other secret.

We may contact you to verify the request before processing it. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete the Firebase account and associated profile information, including the sign-in phone number, name, study preferences, district, learning progress, AI usage records, and account-linked Premium access data, subject to the exceptions below.

Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to establish or defend legal claims. Google Play subscription records and payment information are managed by Google under its own policies. Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play.
